Visit McClung Branch since you're here at Water Supply Reservoir, and at Peerless Eagle Dam in       close proximity to Water Supply Reservoir there are some exciting things to see. Water Supply Reservoir gets much water; all through July this area sees the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Way Back Trail. Going for a hike on the Carnifex Trail is always a magnificent adventure, and lakes are such peaceful places, why not stop by Summersville Lake. Summer brings highs in the 80's to                  Water Supply Reservoir. Summer night lows drop down to the 60's. Throughout the winter highs are usually in the 40's while Water Supply Reservoir nighttime low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 20's. Stay the night at Mountain Lake Campground; you'll hit upon a picturesque lake called Taylor Fork Refuse Disposal Lake. So much exciting stuff to do here at Water Supply Reservoir, too great to be true.
