Twin Lakes is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Float down the rapids of Mud River in a kayak, and why not take a little tour to Grapevine Branch while you're here. Summertime highs at Twin Lakes generally tend to be in the 80's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 60's. All the water falling down from the sky makes Twin Lakes a wet location; during July this area sees the most rain; January is the month with the least moisture.
