Glade Run is a gorgeous stream that is worth checking                  out; a great close by hotel is Lakeview Scanticon Golf Resort Spa & Conference Center. An average amount of rain falls at Trout Pond; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest month is February. Do explore Coopers Rock Lake next to Trout Pond, it's a wonderful lake, and you can go for a hike on the Mile Trail.
