You get a brilliant panorama of Bens Hill from Thorn Bottom Pond, and you can stay the night at Big Ridge Campground. Trout Pond Campground is a tremendous campground here. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Thorn Bottom Pond. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 60's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and winter nights       come with lows in the 10's to Thorn Bottom Pond. Thorn Bottom Pond is a good place of common rain; most of the rain falls throughout July; February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Do explore Thorn Bottom Farm Pond Dam since you're here at Thorn Bottom Pond, and you can hit the slopes at Bryce Resort nearby. After a long day outdoors Lost River Grill & Motel is a splendid spot to spend a night or two. Lakes? Sure, Rockcliff Lake is                  in the neighborhood. All the outdoors amusing things in the neighborhood of Thorn Bottom Pond will keep you coming back over and over. In case you don’t mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Trout Run, and going for a hike along the Brushy Hollow Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. Joseph Sager Spring is an inspiring location to pop by during your stay; you can have a tremendous hiking adventure along the Trout Pond Trail.
