This lake is so wonderful. There's delightful hiking along the High Rock Trail. There's so much to do here at The Fishpond that you need to camp here for a while, Stonecoal Campground is a pleasant place for that. Bob Peak is delightful and can be observed from The Fishpond; get your pulse rate up on the wonderful whitewater of Buckhannon River. The Fishpond gets a good deal of       water; throughout July this area sees the most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. The Wilderness Trail offers hiking at its best; if you need a place to stay Stonewall Resort is a fine choice. Good hiking is available along the Reverie Trail. You'll need more than a day to look at everything The Fishpond has to offer, you can camp at Pioneer Campground. This place, The Fishpond, it absolutely has so much outdoors entertaining stuff. Visit Buttonwood                  Run while you're here at The Fishpond, and a delightful close by hotel is Comfort Inn Weston. For the duration of the warm days of summer here at The Fishpond, high temperatures usually get into the 80's with night lows in the 50's.
