This site is so good, just check out all the entertaining things to do near Robinson Run Lake. There is a tremendous hiking trail right next door to Robinson Run Lake called the Mile Trail; a great close by hotel       is Super 8 Uniontown PA. If you came to camp Chestnut Ridge Regional Park and Campground is a good spot to do that, and whitewater paddling is perfect on Big Sandy Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Robinson Run Lake is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Sand Springs Camping Area Chestnut Ridge Regional Park is a delightful local campground, and do check out Bruceton Mills Lake, it's a lovely lake. The warmest time of the year at Robinson Run Lake                  arrives with high temperatures in the 80's with night lows in the 60's. During the wintertime highs are frequently in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Robinson Run Lake fall into the 10's. From a rain point of view Robinson Run Lake is a rather typical place; during the month of July you get the most rain around here, and February is the month with the least moisture. Going for a hike on the Great Gorge Trail is always a tremendous adventure, and Ward Thompson Spring is always fun to check out. This lake is so wonderful.
