Many people like to go to Lake Riley. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing stuff at Lake Riley. Dry warm beds await you at Weston Super 8 Motel; Wilderness waterpark and Camp is a good local campground. For the period of the long summer days, highs ordinarily are in the 80's at Lake Riley with overnight lows in the 60's. The high level of rainfall makes Lake Riley a rather wet place; July is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month is February. This lake is so wonderful. Sassafras Run is near Lake Riley and is always a diversion to explore, and at Lake Riley you always meet someone from Clarksburg.
