     If you're interested in hydro structures, you can have a look at Lake Riley Dam, and you can run the rapids of Little Kanawha River. At Lake Riley during the days of summer highs are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 60's. All through the winter the highs are ordinarily in the 30's with temperatures at Lake Riley dipping down into the 20's throughout winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are great; Wolfpen Lake is a lake that's  
   near Lake Riley, and if you came for an overnight stay Wilderness waterpark and Camp is a splendid spot to camp. But wait, there's more to do right next door to Lake Riley. You're possibly keen on lakes, Dry Fork Lake is one of those nearby, and if you need a spot to stay Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites WESTON is a wonderful choice.
Mr Hall Spring is a good local attraction, and camping is available at Stonewall Resort. Sugarloaf is a peak you can catch
 
               a sight of from Lake Riley; dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel - Weston. People from Clarksburg love to come to Lake Riley, and there's some flowing water nearby, Sassafras Run is a stream you can stop by while here.
Lake Riley sees pretty high levels of rain; July is the wettest month with most rain; February is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful.
