Rainbow Pond is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. The Potts Mountain here at Rainbow Pond
makes the scenery here tremendous, and you can stay the night at Moncove Lake State Park. Through the warm months, highs commonly are in the 70's at Rainbow Pond, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. Highs during the
winter are commonly in the 30's, and night lows at Rainbow Pond all through the wintertime commonly descend into the 10's.
This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Rainbow Pond has to offer,
you can camp at Greenbrier River Co; don't leave Rainbow Pond without first going for a hike along the Virginias Walk Trail.
