At Neal Pond during the warm days of summer highs are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's, and all through the dark hours in the winter at Neal Pond temperatures dip to the 10's. What a spot this is for outdoors people. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a spot to stay Scottish Inns Ravenswood is a perfect choice. You'll need       more than a day to discover everything Neal Pond has to offer, you can camp at River's Bend Campgrounds. A glorious close by hotel is Scottish Inn. There's so much to do here at Neal Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Carthage Gap Campground is a delightful location for that. If you're a golfer then a good close by course is North Fork Valley Golf Course; if you're here, you might as well take a look at Sugar Camp Creek Bar. Getting to Blake Run                  from Neal Pond is trouble-free; the Riverview Trail offers hiking at its best.
