Little Beaver Lake is a nice lake to visit. This lake is so wonderful. The Resort at Glade Springs is a perfect place to get some rest. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Little Beaver Lake with overnight lows in the 50's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 30's while Little Beaver Lake overnight low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. There's some flowing water nearby,
Laurel Run is a stream you can pop by while you're here, and folks from Beckley love to come here. Little Beaver Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; most of the rain falls during July, and February on the other hand is the driest.
There are some great whitewater spots on Glade Creek - New River Tributary, and after a long day outdoors Sleep Inn Beaver is a pleasant place to spend a night or two.
