Why not stop by Coal Run if you're passing through these parts. A nice place to camp here at Coal Run is Cooter's Cabins and Campin, and there are tremendous locations to look at along the Way Back Trail. Coal Run is not far at all from Oak Hill, and Chestnut Flat is right here at Coal Run. Paddling on New River is so much fun, and going for a hike on the Carnifex Trail is always a magnificent adventure. What a spot this is for outdoors people. Do pay a

| | visit to Bluestone National Scenic River while you're here at Coal Run, and why not a little side spree to Rush Run. Coal Run is a relatively wet place generally with lots of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is July, and the driest month is February. lows in the 20's for Coal Run. Why not camp at New River Gorge Campground if you're here at Coal Run, and get dripping wet paddling on Keeney's Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Coal Run Number Two Dam is worth a visit while you're
here, and White Water Inn is a great location to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Bridge Haven Golf Club is a golf course in the vicinity of Coal Run, and dry warm beds await you at Woodcrest.
