Yep, outdoors exciting stuff to do are truly bountiful here at Bluestone Lake. A wonderful location to pop by in the vicinity of Bluestone Lake is Fourmile Hollow; after a long day outdoors Knights Inn Ghent is a delightful spot to spend a night or two. Hit the slopes at Winterplace close by, and enjoy a round of golf at Willow Wood Country Club. There's so much to do here at Bluestone Lake that you need to camp here       for a while, Bluestone Country Store and Camp is a great place for that, and a quick journey to Beech Run is positively a perfect idea. This lake is so wonderful. Madams Creek is a brilliant whitewater spot close to Bluestone Lake, and you can stay the night at Bass Lake Park. This lake is so wonderful. In case you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on New River, and a fine close by hotel is The Resort                  at Glade Springs. Bluestone Lake is a reasonably wet place frequently with lots of rainfall; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February. For the period of the warmest time of the year highs here at Bluestone Lake reach the 80's while nighttime lows are frequently in the 50's. All through the winter the highs are ordinarily in the 30's, and night lows in the 10's for Bluestone Lake.
