A good place to stop by close to Bass Lake is Collins Hollow; Willow Wood Country Club is a brilliant golf course nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Bass Lake Park if you're here at Bass Lake It's always perfect to stop at Brooks Falls. The high level of rain makes Bass Lake a rather wet site; July is the month that gets the most rain while February is frequently the driest month.       Through the months of summer, highs frequently are in the 80's at Bass Lake while nighttime lows are commonly in the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are typically in the 30's; overnight lows in the 10's for Bass Lake. Visit Big Branch if you're here at Bass Lake, and get dripping wet paddling                  on Madams Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Here at Bass Lake you can catch a glimpse of Swell Mountain, and Winterplace has great slopes and a friendly staff. What a place this is for outdoors people.
