     Appalachian Lake is a nice lake to visit. Fike Run is a splendid whitewater spot in close proximity to Appalachian Lake; hiking is a popular thing to do around Appalachian Lake; Mile Trail is a pleasant local trail. Much rainfall falls at Appalachian Lake; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily July, that's the one that rains the most while February is ordinarily the driest month. Summertime at Appalachian Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's  
   while nighttime lows are regularly in the 60's. For the period of the wintertime highs are frequently in the 30's; night lows at Appalachian Lake during the winter generally dip into the 10's.
If you need a location to stay Leber's Log Cabins & Gift Shop is a splendid choice, and pleasant skiing awaits you at Wisp. Whohoo, so many enjoyable things in one place! Appalachian Lake is great! Appalachian Lake is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Five Pines
 
               Camping and Recreation is a perfect local campground; you can run the rapids of Beaver Creek.
Dry warm beds await you at Circle H Outfitters. There's so much to do here at Appalachian Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Tall Oaks Campground is a glorious place for that. This lake is so wonderful. A great sight of delightful Sickle Hill is available from Appalachian Lake; magnificent hiking is available along the Great Gorge Trail.
