This well maintained park offers something for everyone. The kids went swimming at the beach and amused themselves for hours, while I was able to fish. The lake has a variety and habitat to suit most anglers. We then spent the night in the wooded campgrounds after a hot shower! The state DNR really takes pride in this jewell!

If you are in Lafayette county it's always a good idea to stop by Yellowstone Lake. So many amusing things in the vicinity of Yellowstone Lake, clearly inspiring. Hiking along the Primrose Nature Trail is splendid fun, and do take a hike on the Pine Ridge Nature Trail. Camping at Sauder's Lakeview Resort is always a tremendous experience, and a round of golf at nearby Yellowstone Golf Course is a fine way to kill some time.

| | fine skiing at Tyrol Basin, and if you came to camp Chalet Campground is a brilliant place to do that. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Super 8 Darlington is a pleasant spot to spend a night or two, and going for a hike along the Sunset Nature Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood.
