This lake is so wonderful. You're probably addicted to lakes, Lake Beulah is one of those close by, and Wood Lake is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, White Water Lake - South Kettle Moraine is a perfect local campground. For the period of the long summer days, highs typically are in the 80's at Wood Lake       while nighttime lows are frequently in the 60's. High temperatures throughout the wintertime are normally in the 20's, and night lows at Wood Lake during the wintertime frequently dip into the 0's. Wood Lake is a good place of common rainfall; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain; the driest month of the year is February. Drift down the rapids of White River in a kayak, and if you came to camp Ottawa Lake - South Kettle Moraine                  is a wonderful location to do that. Broad Bay is rather next to Wood Lake, and why not head up to Grand Geneva and strap some skis to your feet. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Country Inn & Suites By Carlson East Troy, and if you come at the right time of year, Pewaukee River offers some good whitewater. So much exciting stuff to do here at Wood Lake, too great to be true. Sleep Inn Mukwonago is a perfect place to get some rest; while you're here and you like golf, you can visit Broadlands Golf Club.
