Camping at Amberg Campgrounds and Bar is always a delightful experience, and lakes are such calm sites, why not go to Birch Lake. Whohoo, so many cool things in one place! Wolf Lake is great! Pike River has a magnificent whitewater paddling spot nearby, and there are other spots here than Wolf Lake, for example Little       Wolf Lake. At Wolf Lake during the warm days of summer highs are in the 80's while nighttime lows are usually in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's, and nighttime lows at Wolf Lake during the wintertime frequently plunge into the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. At Wolf Lake you always meet someone from Marinette, and dry warm beds await you at Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Iron Mountain, MI.
