Float down the rapids of Honey Creek in a kayak, and enjoy a round of golf at Muskego Lakes Country       Club. If you're visiting Wind Lake from Racine, you won't be the only one, and why not head up to Alpine Valley and strap some skis to your feet. Wind Lake gets a common amount of yearly rainfall; the month with most of the rain is August, and February is when it's the driest. Get soaked paddling on Pewaukee River, and Wind Lake is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Country View Campground is a delightful local campground. Through the warmest time of the year at Wind Lake temperatures are regularly in the 80's while night lows are regularly in the 60's.
