There's so much to do here at Williams Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Buffalo Lake Camping Resort is a wonderful place for that, and dry warm beds await you at Portage Super 8 Motel. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Williams Lake has to offer, you can camp at Kilby Lake Campground; Cascade Mountain is a very popular ski area in close proximity. From a rain point of view Williams       Lake is a quite normal place; September is when you get the most rain here while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Sandman Motel is a great site to get some rest, and if you get bored of Williams Lake you could also pop by close by Metcalf Lake. For the duration of the warmest time of the year here at Williams Lake, high temperatures commonly reach the 80's. Summer night lows fall down to the 50's.
