This lake is so wonderful. Summertime highs at Wilcox Lake mostly tend to be in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. Daytime highs all through the wintertime are in the 20's while Wilcox Lake overnight low temperatures during the winter are in the 0's. Man, is there plenty of entertaining stuff to do next to Wilcox Lake.       Everybody loves Dead Lake Prairie, and golf can be played at Durand's Rolling Golf Club. After a long day outdoors Americinn - Wabasha, Mn is a good location to spend a night or two, and naturally, this is a tremendous area for people who like lakes, Thompson Lake is a lake in close proximity. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Red Cedar River, and on a gorgeous day you get a splendid vista of Eau Galle Mound from Wilcox Lake. This lake is so wonderful.
