Black Lake Campground is a great campground here; good hiking is available along the North Country Trail. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy       the Gogebic Range. Going for a hike on the Great Divide Snowmobile Trail is always a great adventure; if you need a place to stay North Haven Country Cottage is a splendid choice. Camping at West Twin Lake is glorious fun, Day Lake Campground is a glorious local campground, and you can go for a hike on the Black Lake Trail. Throughout the summer here at West Twin Lake, high temperatures regularly                  reach the 80's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's. Throughout the winter the highs are frequently in the 20's, and nighttime lows at West Twin Lake all through the winter typically plunge into the 0's. West Twin Lake is a beautiful lake in the Gogebic Range. After a long day outdoors Junek's Bay Cabins is a pleasant place to spend a night or two, and get soaked paddling on Brunsweiler River.
