Looking for something near West Lake? Dark Lake is in the vicinity, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Popple Ridge Snowmobile Trail. An average amount of rainfall falls at West Lake; the month of September is the wettest with most of the rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. Throughout the warm days of summer at West Lake temperatures are generally in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's. Boulder Lake Lodge Resort is 80 acres located in the Nicolet National Forest on spring fed Boulder Lake. The national forest forms the property line to the north and Boulder Lake is the property line on the south. We have every outdoor sport you can think of from motorized water sports to snowmobiling. There is fishing, hiking, snowshoeing and hunting in the adjecent national forest. At the end of the days activity or just for a mid-afternoon drink, you can stop by for a cold one and some good conversation at the Lodge.
