You'll meet a lot of folks from Merrill here, and if you get bored of Wedlers Pond you could also stop by close by 0.9 Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. Wedlers Pond gets       a common amount of precipitation; September is the month that gets the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Wedlers Pond, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. High temperatures all through the wintertime are normally in the 10's, and overnight lows in the-10's for Wedlers Pond. What a place this is for outdoors folks. If you come at the right time of year, Prairie River offers                  some pleasant whitewater; stunning scenery and glorious skiing is what you get at Granite Peak.
