This lake is so wonderful. Bad Axe River is a great location to go to, and if you're here you must pop by Heck Point. A tremendous nearby hotel is GrandStay Residential Suites La Crosse, and Effigy Mounds National Monument is a nice location close by. Courtyard La Crosse Downtown/Mississippi Riverfront is a tremendous place to       get some rest. At Genoa Fish Hatchery Pond One Dam next to Waller Lakes there are some attention-grabbing things to see. Lakes are good; Pond Three 0 is a lake that's next to Waller Lakes. This lake is so wonderful. Mount La Crosse is a pleasant local ski area, and there are glorious places to look at along the Yellow River State Forest Trail. Waller Lakes gets a common amount of annual precipitation; June is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month                  is January. All through the long summer days at Waller Lakes temperatures are frequently in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 60's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 20's with temperatures at Waller Lakes dipping down into the 0's all through winter nights. But wait, there's more to do close to Waller Lakes. Why not camp at Goose Island Campgrounds since you're here at Waller Lakes, and at Waller Lakes you always meet someone from La Crosse.
