From a precipitation point of view Wagner Lake is a reasonably common place; of all the months in a year September is the one with the most rain, and January on the other hand is the driest. Summertime highs at Wagner Lake regularly tend to be in the 70's, and the overnight is a bit cooler of course, mostly in the 50's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 20's; after       the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Wagner Lake descend into the-10's. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Kellogg Kampsites, and if you need a site to stay Cobblestone Inn and Suites is a tremendous choice. Wagner Lake truly is in the middle of a pretty outdoors paradise. Wagner Lake is a nice place to camp, Fawn Lake Campground is a nice place; get yourself into a kayak and hit Red River. Some of the water close by flows, like Matteson                  Creek, and there are some great whitewater spots on Embarrass River.
