Get your heart beating on the glorious whitewater of Black River; everybody nearby loves skiing at Big Powderhorn Mountain. Going for a hike on the Rainbow Falls Trail is always a great adventure, and Americinn - Ironwood, Mi is a fine location to get some rest. For the duration of the long summer days at Virgin Lake temperatures are typically in the 70's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 50's. Daytime highs       during the winter are in the 10's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Virgin Lake. Lakes are such serene places, why not explore Negro Lakes next to Virgin Lake, and if you came for an overnight stay Henry Lake Campground is a fine spot to camp. This lake is so wonderful. A gorgeous lake like Oak Lake near Virgin Lake is a great place to visit; Indianhead is a great local ski area. From a rainfall point of view Virgin Lake is a rather normal place;                  of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. Virgin Lake is located in the Gogebic Range. Whohoo, so many enjoyable things in one place! The Gogebic Range is excellent!
