There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Twin Lakes. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Sunrise Ferry Hiking Trail. Lakes are nice; T Lake is a lake that's in the vicinity of Twin Lakes. This lake is so wonderful. The slopes of Trollhaugen are so inviting noone can resist, and Apple River has a good whitewater       paddling spot nearby. Wild Mountain is a great local ski area, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always go to close by Big Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Twin Lakes is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Schillberg's Campgrounds is a splendid local campground; after a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites ST. CROIX VALLEY is a fine place to spend a night or two. There's so much to do here at Twin Lakes that                  you need to camp here for a while, Wildwood Park Campgrounds is a magnificent location for that, and if you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on St. Croix River. A normal amount of rainfall falls here at Twin Lakes; June is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month is February. The warmest time of the year at Twin Lakes arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's.
