Golf can be played at Lakewoods Resort & Golf Forest Ridges Golf Course, and needless to say, this is a brilliant vicinity for people who like lakes, Hidden Lake is a lake in close proximity. On a wonderful day at Twin Lakes you can take a hike along the Rock Lake National Recreation Trail, and if you're interested in hydro structures, you can stop by Namekgon WP320 Dam. Summertime highs at Twin Lakes mostly       tend to be in the 70's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 10's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Twin Lakes plunge into the-10's. A great place to camp here at Twin Lakes is Boulder Lodge Resort, and if you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Marengo River. This lake is so wonderful. Twin Lakes                  gets a typical amount of rain; of all the months in a year September is the one with the most rain, and February is when it's the driest. And that's not all you can do here at Twin Lakes. Near Twin Lakes you stumble on the Virgin Pine Trail which is a great hiking trail; Chippewa River - West Fork is a nice whitewater spot close by. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always explore nearby Namekagon 41 Reservoir, and Twin Lakes is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Lake Namakagon Campgrounds is a splendid local campground. This lake is so wonderful.
