If you need a place to stay Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites ST. CROIX VALLEY is a glorious choice, and if you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Apple River. Trollhaugen has great slopes and a friendly       staff, and a golf course close by is Five Flags Country Club Estate. At Twenty-Ninth Lake during the months of summer highs are in the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 10's while Twenty-Ninth Lake nighttime low temperatures through the wintertime are in the-10's. Any time is a magnificent time at Twenty-Ninth Lake if you adore the outdoors. Dry warm beds await you at Luck Country Inn, and                  if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Otter Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Lakeview Park and Campground is a brilliant local campground, and Saint Croix National Scenic River is a splendid place close by. Whitewater paddling is delightful on St. Croix River, and a lake close by is East Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Wild Mountain is a very popular ski area in the vicinity.
