Turtle Lake gets a typical amount of rainfall; August is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month of the year is February. Camping at Mayflower Lake Campgrounds is always a perfect experience; Turtle Lake is a spot with many visitors from Stevens Point. After a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Wittenberg is a glorious place to spend a night or two, and Eau Claire River has a       delightful whitewater paddling spot nearby. If only every location had this much outdoors entertaining stuff, what a great globe it would be. This lake is so wonderful. If you're here at Turtle Lake, you could have a look at Pike Lake Creek, and camping is available at Brookside Village. Summertime at Turtle Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's. Daytime highs all through the                  winter are in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Turtle Lake. Lakes?
