An average amount of rain falls at Trow Lake; of all the months in a year September is the one with the most rain; February is when it's the driest. If only every site had this much outdoors cool stuff, what a great planet it would be. Do pop by Merillan Mills Dam since you're here at Trow Lake, and do take a hike on the Silver Mound Trail. A lake close by is Trow Lake 70; swing by East       Fork Halls Creek it's a good site to take a look at. In the event that you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Black River, and hiking along the Hamilton Falls Snowmobile Trail is tremendous fun.
