Not far from Townline Reservoir, you'll find Townline Flowage which is a charming lake, and after a long day outdoors LODGE AT CEDAR CREEK is a great place to spend a night or two. A magnificent site to camp here at Townline Reservoir is River's Edge Campground. Lakes? Sure, Pool Five is in close proximity. There's just no       way somebody can get bored here at Townline Reservoir. Townline Reservoir is brilliant enough to spend more than a day at, Lake Dubay Shores Campground is a brilliant local campground; Haumschild Hill is easy to spot from Townline Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. If you're going to Townline Reservoir from Wausau, you won't be the only one, and there are some tremendous whitewater spots on Wisconsin River. The yearly rainfall here at Townline Reservoir                  is about average; throughout the month of September you get the most rain around here, and February on the other hand is the driest. At Townline Reservoir during the warm days of summer highs are in the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 50's.
