Torrey Lake is a good place of common rainfall; the wettest month of the year is generally August, that's the one that rains the most while February is usually the driest month. What a site this is for outdoors people. A lake close by is Seagels Lake, and after a long day outdoors Americinn - Ashland, Wi is a glorious spot to spend a night or two. Gordon Lake is a nearby lake that you could       stop by, and a wonderful site for whitewater paddling is Bad River. This lake is so wonderful. The Great Divide Snowmobile Trail is a fine hiking trail in the vicinity of Torrey Lake; Park Falls Super 8 Motel is a brilliant site to get some rest. Through the warmest time of the year highs here at Torrey Lake get into the 80's while overnight lows are mostly in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime                  temperatures at Torrey Lake sink into the 0's. This site, the Gogebic Range, has so much outdoors fun stuff. Visit Hinder Creek since you're here at Torrey Lake. There's so much to do here at Torrey Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Butternut Lake Campground is a magnificent place for that. Torrey Lake is a beautiful lake in the Gogebic Range. Get your heart pumping on the great whitewater of Chippewa River - East Fork; you can stay the night at Wildwood Haven Resort and Campground.
