Really splendid skiing awaits you at Grand Geneva, and don't leave Tombeau Lake without first going for a hike along the Leather Leaf Bog Trail. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Tombeau Lake. Summer nighttime lows descend down to the 60's. This lake is so wonderful. Tombeau Lake is not far at all from Whitewater. From a rain point of view Tombeau Lake is a pretty common place; the wettest month of the year is regularly July, that's the one that rains
the most; February is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Lake Defiance Nature Trail, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always visit close by Benedict Lake.
