Lakes are such serene places, why not stop at Silver Lake close to Tilly Lake. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Tilly Lake has to offer, you can camp at Lake Lenwood Beach and Campground. During the summertime months at Tilly Lake temperatures are generally in the 80's. Summer night lows plunge down to the 50's. Highs during the winter are mostly in the 20's; night lows at Tilly Lake through the winter typically fall into the 0's. This lake is

| | so wonderful. While you're here at Tilly Lake you can play some golf at Kettle Hills Golf Course. There's so much to do here at Tilly Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Timber Trail Camp Ground is a nice spot for that. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Little Switzerland; if you need a location to stay Comfort Inn & Suites is a great choice.
Hasmer Lake is a great lake near Tilly Lake; you can hit the slopes at Sunburst in the vicinity. | |

The yearly rain here at Tilly Lake is about average; the month with most of the rain is September; February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful.
This is no site for people who don’t like to have fun. Whitewater
paddling is nice on Menomonee River, and Country Inn & Suites By Carlson West Bend is a tremendous place to get some rest. Paddling on Pewaukee River is so much fun, and at Tilly Lake you always meet someone from Milwaukee-Waukesha-West Allis.

My husband and I were out riding around and found what we thought was Hilly Haven. We turned off hwy 28 and ended up driving into a gated area. We didn't think it was open. We drove through an area that looked like a dump with metal and plastic barrels in a creek. There were abandonded vehicles all over the place. When we drove into the gated area, the buildings there almost looked abandonded as well. If this was Hilly Haven, the DNR should have a look at the area. We were depressed when we left.... |
