Star Lake is a delightful lake close to Three Lakes; camping at T.P. Resort and Campground is always a splendid experience. From a rainfall point of view Three Lakes is a reasonably normal place; August is the month that gets the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. At Three Lakes all through the days                  of summer highs are in the 80's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 50's. Throughout the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's, and night lows in the-10's for Three Lakes.
