A stunning lake like Turtle Lake in close proximity to Swamp Lake is a fine site to have a look at; Fox Lake is a nice lake close by. For the duration of the summer months, highs generally are in the 80's at Swamp Lake, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down       to the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Swamp Lake. Swamp Lake is a good site of typical rainfall; August is the wettest month with most rain; the driest of the months is February. This lake is so wonderful.
