Beautiful Sunia Lake has much to offer visitors. Sunia Lake is a good place of typical rain; most of the rain falls all through September, and February is the month with the least moisture. After a long day outdoors Best Western Lakewood Lodge is a delightful place to spend a night or two, and if you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Wolf River. Going for a hike on the Popple Ridge Snowmobile Trail is always a nice adventure.
