Chippewa River is a great whitewater spot right next door to Sunfish Lake, and everyone close by loves skiing at Christie Mountain. Summertime highs at Sunfish Lake generally tend to be in the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 20's, and after the sun is down through the winter       temperatures at Sunfish Lake plunge into the-10's. A magnificent nearby hotel is Americinn Lodge Ladysmith, and don't leave Sunfish Lake without first going for a hike along the Moonridge Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Sunfish Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Thornapple River Campground is a great local campground, and you can go for a hike on the Serley Camp Trail. From a precipitation point of view Sunfish Lake is a reasonably common                  location; September is when you get the most rain here, and February is the month with the least moisture. Camping at River's Edge Park is always a delightful experience, and for you golfers we recommend nearby Tee-A-Way Golf Club. And that's not all you can do here at Sunfish Lake. There are other places here than Sunfish Lake, for example Dump Lake, and Sunfish Lake is a spot with many visitors from Eau Claire. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Americinn - Ladysmith, Wi is a splendid spot to spend a night or two. Lakes?
