There's so much to do here at Sucker Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Copper Range Campground is a fine place for that. This lake is so wonderful. It's always great to stop at Big Twin Rapids, obviously you could also explore Big Lake if you're here; it's not far at all. For the period of the warmest time of the year here at Sucker Lake, high temperatures usually get into the 80's,       and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 10's, and nighttime lows in the-10's for Sucker Lake. Rainbow Bend is a wonderful location to visit while in the area, and if you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Bois Brule River. Just can't get enough of Sucker Lake. Americinn - Hayward, Wi is a good location to get some rest. Hiking along the Pigeon Lake Trail                  is glorious fun, and Sucker Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Swansons Motel and Campground is a great local campground.
