Steinke Pond is a good place of common precipitation; of all the months in a year September is the one with the most rain while February       is ordinarily the driest month. Throughout the warm days of summer, highs regularly are in the 80's at Steinke Pond. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Steinke Pond. Eau Claire River is a brilliant whitewater spot close to Steinke Pond.
