From a rain point of view Squaw Lake is a pretty normal location; the wettest month of the year is regularly September, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month of the year is February. If you came to camp Curve Inn Resort is a magnificent location to do that. A good site for whitewater paddling in the neighborhood of Squaw Lake is Peshtigo River. There's so much to do here at Squaw Lake that you need       to camp here for a while, Thunder Lake Lodge is a perfect location for that. You can run the rapids of Thunder River in close proximity to Squaw Lake; if you need a site to stay Best Western Crivitz Lodge is a glorious choice. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Squaw Lake, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's with temperatures at Squaw Lake dipping down into the 0's through winter nights. This                  lake is so wonderful.
