From a rainfall point of view Spring Lake is a relatively common location; most of the rain falls all through September, and the driest of the months is February. If you're visiting Spring Lake from Sheboygan, you won't be the only one; get dripping wet paddling on Sauk Creek. Just can't get enough of Spring Lake. Sunburst is a good local ski area, and dry warm beds await you at Driftwood Motel. This lake       is so wonderful. Spring Lake is not the only site close by, Ludowissi Lake is a close by lake, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Milwaukee River. Enjoy a round of golf at Hawthorne Hills Golf Course not far from Spring Lake. There's so much to do here at Spring Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Hager's Hilly Haven Campground is a tremendous spot for that. If you need a place to stay Saukville/Port Washington Super 8 Motel is a glorious choice,                  and if you came to camp Lazy Day's Camp Ground is a delightful location to do that. During the warm months at Spring Lake highs are commonly in the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's.
