For the duration of the warmest time of the year at Spot Lake highs are typically in the 70's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 10's, and overnight lows in the-10's for Spot Lake. The trees of Chequamegon National Forest are a brilliant source of shade on hot summer days, and going for a hike on the North Country Trail is       always a great adventure. Spot Lake is a good place of common precipitation; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily August, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest of the months is February. Man, is there a load of exciting stuff to do in the neighborhood of Spot Lake. There are other places here than Spot Lake, for example Lake Five; there is a great hiking trail close by called the Rock Lake National Recreation Trail. Yep, outdoors exciting                  stuff truly is abundant here in the Gogebic Range. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Lake Superior Lodge. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Spot Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Boulder Lodge Resort is a nice place for that, and lakes are such serene locations, why not pop by Goodwin Lake. There's no way someone can get bored here in the Gogebic Range. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Spot Lake has to offer, you can camp at Chippewa River Campground, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Chippewa River - West Fork.
