The warmest time of the year at Spot Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's; the nighttime is slightly colder of course, frequently in the 50's. Throughout the winter the highs are usually in the 10's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Spot Lake. The Rock Lake National Recreation Trail is a perfect hiking trail in close proximity to Spot Lake, and there are other locations here than Spot Lake,       for example Lake Five. Spot Lake is a beautiful lake in the Gogebic Range. Having a delightful time at Spot Lake is trouble-free. Spot Lake is a splendid location to visit for more than one day, Boulder Lodge Resort is a splendid location to camp nearby, and close by you find the North Country Trail which is a great hiking trail. This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Chippewa River - West Fork for all you adrenaline rush seekers; a good nearby hotel                  is Best Western Holiday House. Spot Lake gets a common amount of yearly precipitation; during the month of August you get the most rain around here, and the driest month is February. So many cool things to do here in the Gogebic Range, too great to be true. Lakes are such peaceful locations, why not visit Goodwin Lake near Spot Lake. in close proximity to Spot Lake you'll hit upon a wooded region called Chequamegon National Forest, and if the weather is tremendous, you can go for a hike along the Black Lake Trail. Man, is there loads of amusing stuff to do in the Gogebic Range.
