The Great Divide Snowmobile Trail is a tremendous hiking trail right next door to Spillerberg Lake; a great close by hotel is Super 8 Motel - Park Falls. So many entertaining things to do at Spillerberg Lake, so little time. High temperatures at Spillerberg Lake during the warmest time of the year are in the 80's, and the overnight is somewhat chillier of course, regularly in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs       in the 20's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Spillerberg Lake temperatures plunge to the 0's. Chippewa River - East Fork is a great whitewater spot in the neighborhood of Spillerberg Lake, and camping at Wildwood Haven Resort and Campground is always a brilliant experience. The Gogebic Range scenery is always beautiful. You can run the rapids of Bad River in close proximity to Spillerberg Lake, and you'll find a beautiful lake called Torrey                  Lake. If you go for the outdoors you'll go for it here in the Gogebic Range. A pretty lake like Long Lake close to Spillerberg Lake is a good location to stop by, and a pleasant spot to camp here at Spillerberg Lake is Butternut Lake Campground.
