There's some flowing water nearby, Beaver Brook is a stream you can go to during your stay, and if you need a location to stay Americinn - New Richmond, Wi is a wonderful choice. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are such calm spots, why not go to Apple River Flowage 134 near South Twin Lake. South Twin Lake gets a common amount of precipitation; during August this area sees the most rain       while February is usually the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Everybody close by loves skiing at Wild Mountain, and camping is available at Port Valhalla Campground. I don't want to stop, cause I'm havin' a nice time here at South Twin Lake. Why not camp at Cast-a-way Trailer Park if you're here at South Twin Lake, and Saint Croix National Scenic River is a fine national park. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we                  recommend Apple River, and a round of golf at nearby Amery Golf Club is a great way to kill some time. Through the months of summer highs here at South Twin Lake reach the 80's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at South Twin Lake. North Twin Lake is a great lake in close proximity to South Twin Lake; a splendid close by hotel is Super 8 Motel - New Richmond.
