Don't leave Smith Lake without first going for a hike along the Pigeon Lake Trail, and a picturesque lake like Indian School Lake is a great place to have a look at. The annual rain here at Smith Lake is about average; most of the rain falls during August, and February is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful.
