This is no location for people who don’t like to have       a good time. If you need a place to stay Americinn - Hayward, Wi is a pleasant choice, and camping at Simms Lake is fine fun, Tyman's Motel and Campground is a fine local campground. During the days of summer here at Simms Lake, high temperatures regularly reach the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 10's, and nighttime lows during the winter for Simms Lake tend to be in the-10's. There are other locations here than                  Simms Lake, for example Little Simms Lake; a round of golf at nearby Hidden North Golf Course is a good way to kill some time.
