Get covered with water paddling on Eau Claire River, and a picturesque lake like Sauntrys Pocket Lake is a tremendous place to stop at. Near Simms Lake you hit upon a golf course called Hidden North Golf Course, and dry warm beds await you at Americinn - Hayward, Wi. What a place this is for outdoors people. If you need a spot to stay Northern Pine Inn is a delightful choice. For       the duration of the warm months here at Simms Lake, high temperatures regularly get into the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 50's. Through the wintertime highs are generally in the 10's with temperatures at Simms Lake dipping down into the-10's all through winter nights.
