Super 8 Motel - Stanley is a perfect location to get some rest, and in case you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Eau Claire River. It's a tremendous idea to check out Simes Creek, it's close to Simes Creek Flowage; camping is available at BriarWood RV Park and Campground. Don't leave Simes Creek Flowage without first going for a       hike along the Silver Mound Trail, and Iron Run Flowage is a great lake nearby. Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable things near Simes Creek Flowage. Lakes? Sure, Spruce Lake is close by, and there are good spots to discover along the Hamilton Falls Snowmobile Trail.
