Nice lake, but the people who live on the lake, mostly the lady next to the boat launch, are not so friendly. They seem to think that because they live on the lake that they own it. You aren't the only one who pays county taxes!

A visit to Silver Lake is always a good idea. Gotta ski! Little Switzerland is a delightful location to do that; Silver Lake is a good spot to visit for more than one day, Lake Lenwood Beach and Campground is a good spot to camp nearby. There's whitewater on Menomonee River for all you adrenaline people, and if you need a spot to stay West Bend Super 8 Motel is a good choice. You can run the rapids of Cedar Creek near Silver Lake, and lots of folks from Milwaukee-Waukesha-West

A typical amount of rainfall falls here at Silver Lake; most of the rain falls through August; February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. Very lovely scenery and great skiing is what you get at Sunburst, and dry warm beds await you at Country Inn And Suites By Carlson West Bend.
